Abstract Submission

All abstracts are to be submitted by email to the technical chair, Stephen Dodd. All abstracts must be formatted according to the word template provided below. You should just be able to type over the instructions to create your own paper. Incorrectly formatted abstracts will not be accepted and will be returned to the author for correction. Submitted abstracts should be saved in .doc format and not in pdf or other formats.

The extended abstract is limited to a maximum of 350 words, 1 figure and 3 references and MUST fit onto one side of A4 only.

The abstract deadline is 18th November 2011 and authors will be notified of the disposition of their paper by 2nd December 2011.

No full paper submission is required for the Colloquium - presentations will be a mixture of short oral presentations (15 minutes + 5 minutes questions) and poster presentations.
